The Architectural Review Committee (ARC) is an HOA appointed committee that oversees architectural requests and compliance. The Architectural Review Committee holds regular meetings to discuss and review applications. The committee must go through each application in good faith and make decisions based on sound judgment and reason. Therefore, all members of the committee must look at each application in a non-biased manner. Reviews must be based on the architectural guidelines found within the association’s covenants and bylaws. (The Homeowner Association's Board of Directors reserves the right as the appeal authority. All appeals must be submitted to the HOA  at wbphoa58@gmail.com within 10 days of the ARC's final decision.)
